Certified Product Owner, Certified Scrum Master, Train-the-Trainer, Program/Project Manager, and a freelance instructional designer. 

Paula is the author and innovator of the Easy Steps Learning Series and Learning Strategies 4E Method for the Design Thinking Process.

She is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Arts, and

Master of Science from the University of Maryland University College in Learning Design and Technology.
